CHARDONNAY:
Our Maryland Chardonnay is harvested in Queen Anne’s County at the Hemsley Fortune Vineyard. This barrel fermented dry white is lightly oaked with hints of citrus, vanilla and pear.

|
WHITE RAVEN:
Produced as a Pinot Grigio, this wine is a soft, crisp, fruity, off dry dinner wine.
|
|
|
|
|
|
FOX HUNT BLUSH:
This wine is light and off dry. Great for casual entertaining or dinner.
|
|
|
|
|
TERRAPIN WHITE:
Produced as a dinner Riesling, this wine is off dry with a soft fruit background. Aged in stainless steel.

|
|
|
|
MARYLAND NOUVEAU:
Our Nouveau is the first wine of the 2005 vintage. This wine is produced in very limited quantities. A blend of premium wine grapes are used to produce this young and fruity low tannin red.

|
|
|
|
BLACK RAVEN:
A Pinot Noir style red that is soft and low in tannins. Oak aged, this delightful wine is easy on the palate with a crisp clean finish.
|
|
|
|
|
|
BACIONI:
( Bah-che-o-nee) in Italian means “ A big Kiss”. This luscious red dinner wine is complimented with a hint of fruit and oak.

|
|
|
|
CABERNET SAUVIGNON:
Our Cabernet is produced as a traditional dry red wine, the lower tannin levels make it softer on the palate. This wine has a light fruit background with a hint of oak.

|
MERLOT (2005 Governor's Cup Winner):
Our Maryland Merlot is grown in Queen Ann’s County at he Hemsley Fortune Vineyard. This wine is full bodied with a soft oak background, rich in black cherry, vanilla and plum overtones.

CHAMBOURCIN:
Our Chambourcin is a rich full-bodied red dinner wine. Overtones of raspberry and oak make this wine perfect for fine dining.

|
|
|
|
MELODY:
A German style white with overtones of tropical fruit and apricots.
|
|
|
|
|
TRAMINETTE:
Full bodied semi-sweet white. The distinctive “spicy” nose comes from its Gewürztraminer parentage.

|
|
|
|
SKIPJACK:
Produced as a dessert Riesling. This luscious velvety wine has elegant fruit overtones and a crisp clean finish.

|
|
|
|
STEEPLE CHASE RED:
A soft semi-sweet red wine. The rich cherry background flavors are accentuated when served with anything chocolate.

|
|
|
|
MOUNTAIN WHITE:
Produced from Native American grapes, this wine has a semi-sweet finish and the flavor of fresh picked grapes.

|
|
|
|
|
MOUNTAIN PINK:
Produced from Native American grapes, this wine has a semi-sweet finish and a very fruity flavor. A picnic wine.

|
|
PEACH:
Semi-sweet and full of the flavors and aromas from the freshly picked fruit.

|
|
|
|
PLUM:
Fresh ripened plums make this semi sweet medium bodied wine. Soft and delicate.

STRAWBERRY:
Soft, medium bodied, semi-sweet pure fruit wine. Enticingly aromatic and full of flavor.

RASPBERRY:

This semi-sweet medium bodied wine is produced from pure raspberries. The flavor and aromas of fresh raspberries will fill your mouth with every sip.

BLUEBERRY:
Medium bodied and semi-sweet. This wine is made from the juice of fresh ripened blueberries.

|
BLACKBERRY:
This medium bodied semi-sweet wine is produced from ripe blackberries. This wine is full of flavors and aromas of the fully ripened fruit.

|
|
|
MARYLAND SANGRIA:
Fruity, Semi-sweet red wine flavored with citrus. A great addition to a party or just for relaxing.

|
|
ABISSO:
Abisso, Italian for "abyss" describes the deep rich color in this sweet red. Natural fermentation to higher alcohol and oak aging produces this wine, which shows opulent plum bouquets with overtones of dark caramel.

SPICED APPPLE:
Our Spiced Apple wine is made from apples grown in western Maryland. Semi-sweet and spiced with cinnamon and cloves, this wine is best served warm.

SPICY REGATTA:
This is a semi-sweet spiced red wine. This wine is great served heated with slices of oranges and apples for the winter or chilled over fresh fruit in the summer.

Our dandelion wine is semi-sweet and floral. Produced from the flowers of dandelions.
